Refund policy
We hope that you will love your piece of Capulet & Montague jewellery as much as we do. Unfortunately it is not possible to refund sale items, bespoke items, cuffs or earrings it is possibe however we can exchange within the range within 21 days of return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise that you send your returned item, as a tracked parcel to be sure of its safe arrival as the cost of returning the purchase is your responsibility.
Once we have received your return, we will check the item’s condition and once approved will can exchange within the range for you. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and approved.
